I’m a certified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer, as well as a Level 3 Reformer Pilates Instructor. My passion lies in empowering women through Reformer Pilates and strength training, helping them build confidence, shift their mindset, and reach their fitness goals.
What began as a personal passion has grown into a mission to create the best training facility in the area. At Elevate, we’re committed to delivering expert coaching in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Above all, my goal is to help women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their own bodies. I’m passionate about creating a space where women feel safe, supported, and free from judgment—somewhere they can truly focus on themselves and their well-being.

Meet Elliot, your expert strength and conditioning coach and physio with 12+ years in physio and a 2x CrossFit Games athlete (2021, 2022), he’s redefining what’s possible. Elliot makes fitness accessible for ALL, creating a challenging, welcoming, and FUN atmosphere!
He believes every workout is a celebration of movement – a philosophy he brings to Elevate Hybrid Performance Centre as co-owner and coach.
Annie, a level 2/3 personal trainer with extensive sports-specific qualifications including Hyrox, also holds a degree in Physical Education. Her specialisation focuses on how individuals learn and how to best support and nurture their development, tailored to their specific needs.
Annie is passionate about helping her clients achieve their full potential and smash their goals. She crafts specialized training sessions that build both strength and endurance, customized to each athlete’s specific goals and current fitness level. Beyond workouts, Annie provides comprehensive guidance on race-day strategies, including nutrition and recovery, ensuring her clients are fully prepared for any challenge. I’m a performance coach with a background in strength and conditioning, helping individuals unlock their athletic potential – whether that’s building strength, improving movement, or changing body composition. I’ve worked with everyone from everyday gym goers, to athletes delivering purposeful, high quality training in a supportive no-nonsense environment.
With a football background starting grassroots to the National League, a spell in America, and experience in Futsal and Footvolley; I understand the demands of high level sport and bring that insight into each session. I’m passionate about helping people move, feel, and perform at their best.
